No one gets tired of cooling down on a hot ride. It just feels good every single time. This concept is sort of a “no-brainer”. We put a great deal of thought into the design and manufacturing of Spruzza so that the product lives up to the concept.
Spruzza offers a limited warranty on materials and manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. See Table 1 for Spruzza component details. Spruzza’s limited warranty applies to Spruzzas purchased either directly from Spruzza or any authorized Spruzza retailer. Spruzzas purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered under this limited warranty.

The product limited warranty does not include damages/defects resulting from:
Crashes, accidents, improper storage or care, or product abuses
Spruzza – at its discretion – reserves the right to inspect returned products and either repair, replace or refund the product(s) returned.
The Spruzza limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable either by sale or gift to another individual.
The Spruzza warranty does not cover accidents, heat related illness or costs thereof if your Spruzza fails on a long hot ride, lost earnings of expected prize money if your Spruzza fails during a race or event for which prize money or awards are offered. Reimbursement of travel expenses, event entry fees and / or other related expenses if your Spruzza fails and you cannot participate in the paid for-planned event.
We guarantee you like the way you feel cooling down with Spruzza. If not, just send it back within 30 days in its original condition and package. Spruzza doesn’t want you to get “hot” having a product you’re not completely satisfied with.
